Life insurance agent training, phase by phase.
From getting licensed to writing your first case to leading a team: seven phases, weekly team training with live role-play, and field training with 1-on-1 check-ins.
Direction, not just motivation.
Most new agents don’t fail for lack of talent. They fail for lack of direction. Our program gives you a clear next step at every stage, and you advance when you hit each phase’s milestone, not on a fixed calendar.

How long does the program take?
There’s no fixed timeline. Pace depends on licensing speed, time invested and consistency.
Do I need a license to join?
No. Unlicensed candidates start with Phase 1.
Is training live or self-paced?
Mostly live: team training, role-play, check-ins and field training.
Do I have to recruit?
No. Phase 7 is optional; personal production is a complete path.
Is income guaranteed?
No. Income depends on licensing, effort, skills, market conditions and carrier decisions.
A state insurance license is required to sell insurance. Carrier contracting, appointments and lead programs are subject to eligibility, carrier approval, state licensing and program terms.
