6. Licensing and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 to use this site. Selling insurance requires a valid state license and carrier appointments. Licensing requirements, fees and timelines are set by regulators and exam providers and may change; confirm them with your state department of insurance. Contracting and appointments are subject to each carrier’s approval.
