Whole life insurance that never expires.
Permanent coverage with premiums that never go up and cash value that grows on a guaranteed schedule.
Coverage built to last a lifetime.
Whole life insurance covers you for your entire life as long as premiums are paid. Your premium is set when you buy the policy and stays level.
Part of each premium builds guaranteed cash value that grows tax-deferred. You can borrow against it later for emergencies, opportunities or retirement needs. Some policies from mutual carriers may also pay dividends, which are not guaranteed.
How it works
- Level premiums locked in at purchase
- Guaranteed death benefit for life
- Guaranteed cash value growth on a set schedule
- Policy loans available against cash value
- Can be paid up over a set period (e.g., to age 65) on some designs
Dividends are not guaranteed. Policy loans accrue interest and reduce cash value and death benefit. Guarantees are backed by the claims-paying ability of the issuing insurer.

Whole Life Insurance FAQ.
Serving Alpharetta and North Atlanta from 126 N Main St, Suite B200.
Is whole life worth the higher cost?
Whole life costs more than term because it lasts for life and builds cash value. It makes sense when you have a permanent need or want guarantees. For pure income replacement, term is often more efficient.
How is whole life different from IUL?
Whole life offers guaranteed cash value and fixed premiums. IUL offers flexible premiums and cash value linked to an index, with more upside potential and less guarantee.
Can I borrow from my whole life policy?
Yes, once it has cash value. Loans accrue interest, and unpaid loans reduce the death benefit.
Do I need a medical exam?
It depends on age, health and coverage amount. Smaller policies often use simplified underwriting.
